Privacy notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us through our website and other contact channels, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Technical records our hosting provider keeps for security when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser details

Legal basis and how we collect it
We collect your data electronically through the website form, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. We process it because it is directly needed to set up or carry out a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for site security, on the basis of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
We share your data with the service providers we use to receive and store your request: a form delivery service (Web3Forms), an e-mail service (Zoho) and website hosting (Cloudflare). Their servers may be outside Türkiye; such transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK. Where the law requires it, data may be shared with the competent authorities. We do not share your data with anyone else and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years at the latest. Records of orders are kept for the period required by commercial law.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you whether we process your data and how, to whom it has been transferred, to correct or delete it, and to inform those recipients of the change. You may object to a decision against you made only by automated means, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your data protection authority.
